Program Overview/Features
The Fast Track Program can be completed in 1-2 weeks and uses a
combination of phone communication, web based assessments and email
to maximize effectiveness.
Here is the simple 4 step process that is used.

Fill
out a brief questionnaire and send a resume (if available) which
provides us information about your background, objectives and
questions.

Complete 2 standardized career assessments on line which take
about an hour to complete. You will receive a copy of the
results prior to your coaching session for review.

Engage in 1½ hour career coaching session* by phone to: 1)
interpret test results and 2) brainstorm viable career options
and 3) review relevant career resources. Schedule a follow up
session.

Meet for a ½ hour follow up career coaching session to discuss
progress and plan next steps.
