The Introverted Leader: Building On Your Quiet Strength

All organizations are made up of introverts and extroverts. In many of these companies, introverts often feel excluded, overlooked and misunderstood. On the other hand, extroverts can get confused and frustrated in trying to communicate with their quieter colleagues.

In this enlightening and entertaining speech, Jennifer, a champion for introverts, draws upon stories and research from her new book.,The Introverted Leader. She shows introverts how to build on their quiet strength to work with, not against, who they are. They learn tools to overcome the four key challenges that introverted leaders frequently face. She also helps the extroverts in the room better understand introverts, resulting in stronger and more effective teams.
